Fiona has been always interested in metaphysics mind/body work, energy healing and well being and has worked in these fields since 1993. She has many years experience with businesses in Galway City and Kinvara.

Her aim is providing a sacred, tranquil space for people to feel safe, supported and heard in a warm, candlelit comfortable room with relaxing music.

It is Fiona’s belief that when we give a little time for ourselves from the busyness of our daily lives, our mind and body becomes peaceful, balanced and deeply relaxed therefore calming our nervous system, reducing our stress levels and allowing clarity, focus and a more positive outlook on life.
